Officer tried to have oral intercourse with 12-year-old orphaned boy

A NY police sergeant, Jamie Katz (39) was accused of trying to make an orphaned 12-year-old boy have oral sex with him. Katz faced other sex abuse charges like having sex with the same boy in several places and during family vacations for six years. The boy’s mother knew Katz, and after she passed away, he and his older brother were adopted by one of Katz’s relatives. Katz resigned from the police force where he had been an officer for 10 years and the former head of the Gay Officers Action League. He admitted that he tried to have sex with the 12-year-old without the need of the victim’s testify. Katz will spend 5 years in prison, 10 years under supervised release, and 20 years on the New York State Sex Offender Registry.

Police officer arrested on child pornography charges

An Elgin police officer Orval Roger Miller (46) was arrested
after he left a thumb drive (USB flash drive) containting
child pornography in one of the computers at the
police department. Among Miller's personal
documents there was found a video of children being
sexually assaulted on the thumb drive. Another police officer
discovered this first and reported to the police chief.
Miller was also employed as a community college police officer
in Austin. Attorney General Abbott
said that “everytime an image of child pornography is viewed,
the sexual victimization of a child is repeated.
Our Cyber Crimes Unit is committed to keeping
our children safe from cyber criminals". Miller can get up
to 10 years in state prison and a 10 000$ fine.

Police officer released easily after sexual acts with children

A former reserve police officer and truant officer, Scott Bramhall (43), was arrested Knox County Jail on one count of sexual contact and one count of sexual touching. He was using a knife during the sexual acts. The mother of the victim claimed that Bramhall had physically threatened her 9-year-old daughter around the time of December school vacation. At that time he was under investigation for having sexual contact involving her daughter. Judge Patricia Worth at Sixth District Court approved that Bramhall had harassed the child.
Conditions of his bail include no contact with children under age 16 except his own two children, no contact with the victim, and being prohibited from going to the victim's school or residence. He was released on $1,000 cash bail. Scott Bramhall was also arrested earlier this year in Lincoln County on a sex charge involving a 16-years-old boy. This case was later dropped by the district attorney's office.

Attorney Geoffrey Rushlau announced that the case involving the 9-year-old girl should not be considered closed finally. ”If significant new information becomes available, the case will be reevaluated.”

Police deputy sentenced for molesting 11 years old girl

Former Upshur County Sheriff’s deputy, Richard Louis Bridgewater (29) is sentenced to eight years behind prison walls for molesting an 11-year-old girl. Late last year the victim told her friends about the molestation, and later on in an interview she said that he had touched her up to 20 separate times at his home. Bridgewater admitted this during a meeting with Texas Ranger Ronny Griffith. He was then placed in the Titus County Jail where he remained until he was sentenced.

Bridgewater had to permanently surrender his police officer license. Attorney Billy Byrd said that Bridgewater got a fair punishment, and he thinks it’s going to be hard for the little girl to handle the traumas that the incident has brought her. Read more!

NY police officer charged for sodomizing a 13-year-old boy

A Bronx cop was charged with sodomizing a 13-year-old boy yesterday after a group of stunned passers-by caught him having sex with the youth near a baseball field.

Officer Luis Delgado, a 12-year NYPD veteran and a married father of two who just bought a new home in Orange County, was so unconcerned after being caught with the half-naked youngster that he allegedly told people who were walking by to "get the fuck away from me!"

When passers-by said they would call police, Delgado shouted back, "I am the police!" and continued to assault the teen, witnesses said.

After getting a 911 call, cops responded to French Charley's Park at about 5 p.m., police said. Residents said Delgado, 39, tried to run away after witnesses called the police and his fellow officers confronted him. Cops caught Delgado a few minutes later.

Police officer tried to buy 2 children to use them as sex slaves

The FBI arrested of a veteran Hollywood police officer on charges of trying to buy two children for use as sex slaves. Officer Derek D. Roberts, 29, worked the past four years as Hollywood patrol officer. He was arrested in Miami after agents said he arrived at a pre-set meeting place complete the deal with a cash payment and expecting the minors were at the hotel to have sex with him.

Officer Roberts earlier put a down payment for two children using his credit card. The FBI said Roberts was trying to import two children young girls from Latin America and they were to be used solely for sex. Roberts used a computer in his search, agents said. Read more!

A Moorestown police officer, Robert Meila jr., and his ex-girlfriend, Heather Lewis, have been charged for alleged sexual assault of three minor girls on multiple occasions over the past eight years. One of the victims revealed to her step-father that she had been involved in a series of sexual assaults that had been committed by Meila and Lewis. Later during an interview all of the victims confirmed that both of the defendants sexually assaulted them several years. The incidents had occurred at Melia's home on Cottage Avenue, and investigators seized pornographic material on Melia's computer.

On top of this, some other charges of sex acts with cows have also been brought against Robert Meila. The Moorestown police officer has been suspended from duty following his arrest, and he’s being held on $500,000 bail at the Burlington County Jail, and Lewis on $300,000 bail at the Women's Detention Center in Pemberton Township. Police sergeant raped 16 year old girl in her cell

South African police sergeant Oakgeng Hendrik Motlhafi was arrested for raping a 16 year in her cell.She was arrested for shoplifting in a chocolate store.The victim's family did not have money for bail, which was 300 South African Rand , or 30 US dollars.

The court adjourned late, so she had to stay in police custody where she was raped by this 30 year old constable. He appeared for bail in the Koffiefontein Magistrates' Court, and also suspended from his duties.

5 NYPD officers charged in sodomy assault

Michael Mineo, 24 years old tattoo artist, was brutally arrested by five police officers in Brooklyn metro station. Then they sodomized him with a police radio antenna. Subway station was full of people and no one witnessed this incident, but two other officers told at the trial that they did see the whole brutal situation including Mineo being sodomized.

"The principal diagnosis was status post-anal assault, The information that we have, based on consultations with doctors, certainly suggests that he is there due to complications from the assault," said Mineo’s lawyer.

NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau’s investigators took DNA tests on police equipment taken from the lockers of the five police officers. Two of them tried to cover up the whole incident but they’ll be charged for that as well.

Police officer molest two 4 years old girls

A police officer who dressed up as a clown and performed for children charged guilty for sexual assault involving two 4 year old girls.
Michael Fernsler, 34, of the 3700 block of Orrstown Road, Franklin County, faces a maximum of 95 years in prison and as much as a $80,000 fine.

Police received a report from a township resident that her two foster children had been molested by a friend of the family. The girls were then taken to Harrisburg Hospital where they were examined. Medical evidence corroborated the girls' stories. When he was arrested, Fernsler admitted molesting the two girls and said he was seeking counseling because he was addicted to pornography.


Fernsler had positioned himself to be near children, authorities said. In a 2004 Patriot-News story, Fernsler said his clown act had landed him invitations from nursing homes, hospitals and day-care centers. Fernsler, who had a form of sex with one of the girls in front of her sister, pleaded guilty to one count each of indecent sexual intercourse, unlawful contact and indecent assault as well as two counts of corruption of a minor.

Fernsler was a North Londonderry Twp. patrolman for almost two years. Before that he was a Baltimore County, Md., police officer for four years. He had also served three years in the Army. Read more!
