Russian police beating people in casino caught on tape

Police officer in Russia attack gamblers in casino and beat them brutally.This crime is caught on tape of surveillance camera but police officer is free of all chargers. Only positive thing in this tape is fact that this cop don't take bribe, but he use unnecessary psychical force for sure.

Russian cops go one level below snake. I hope someone remembers his face and if his government ever lets him out to visit another country, he gets the beating of a lifetime. Pig!.
Who the hell would want to go to Russia.The people are having a little fun gambling and this meat head comes along.He should be shot no questions asked

But cops have rules to abide to even if they are in a situation where they have a scenario like this coming up...
I'm glad it was'nt me there, otherwise that Stalin follower would have been cleaning my nose with Vodka.
